Registration opens on 22 January 2027 tentative. Fees will be published here in Canadian dollars.

Fees to be announced

What the registration fee includes

• attendance at all scientific sessions;
• breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks on campus on 2, 3 and 4 June;
• the welcome reception on Tuesday 1 June;
• the early-career researcher mixer (students and early-career participants);
• the online book of abstracts.

The conference banquet and the excursion are ticketed separately; tickets can be added during registration. See social events.

Payment, invoices and cancellations

Payment is by credit card in Canadian dollars through the online registration system; a receipt is issued automatically. The cancellation policy will be published together with the fees.

Visa invitation letters

Invitation letters for visa applications are issued on request to participants whose registration is complete and paid. See the visa page.
