Registration opens on 1 November 2026 through The Combustion Institute's registration system. All fees are in US dollars and are paid by credit card.

What is included

Registration includes the following, served at the Banff Centre:

• Welcome reception (Tuesday, June 1)
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks (June 2–4)
• Conference banquet (Thursday, June 3). You must select the banquet check box on the registration form to attend; delegates who do not select it when registering cannot attend the banquet. Accompanying persons attend the banquet according to the main registrant's selection.
• Conference materials and access to all scientific sessions

Breakfast and lunch (June 2–4) are included only for delegates staying at the conference accommodation (Banff Centre, booked within the ICNC 2027 room block). Delegates staying elsewhere are responsible for their own breakfast and lunch.

Please note: Only the meals and events listed above are included in registration. Accommodation, travel, airport transfers and the optional excursion are not included and must be arranged and paid for by delegates directly.

At registration

You will be asked whether you will attend the conference banquet, for the name to be printed on your badge, and for any dietary requirements (vegetarian or vegan, gluten-free, halal or kosher, food allergies).

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are subject to a 20% administration fee and are available up to 7 days before the start of the conference. No refunds are made within 7 days of the start of the conference.

Visa invitation letters

Invitation letters for visa applications are issued on request to participants whose registration is complete and paid; the request form is sent by e-mail with the registration confirmation. See the visa page.
