Information for Presenters

Guidance for oral presentations. Details are tentative and will be confirmed with the final program.

Contributed talks

• Each slot is 20 minutes: plan for a 15-minute talk and 5 minutes of discussion. Session chairs keep strictly to time so that participants can move between parallel sessions.
• Every session room has a laptop, projector and screen. Bring your presentation on a USB drive as a PDF or PowerPoint file (16:9) and load it during the break before your session. tentative
• Please introduce yourself to the session chair before the session starts.

Invited lectures

Invited lectures are 40 minutes including discussion, in the Cenovus Great Hall.
