A block of rooms is reserved for participants at Banff Centre, on the conference campus, for the nights of 1, 2 and 3 June 2027. June is the busiest month of the year in Banff: book early.

Rates exclude 2% tourism improvement fee, 4% Alberta tourism levy, 5% GST, and a facility fee of CAD 20 per room per night (covers Wi-Fi, parking, the Sally Borden fitness and recreation facilities and campus arts events). The same rates apply for up to three nights before and after the conference, subject to availability.

Booking deadline
4 May 2027. After this date the remaining rooms are released and the conference rate is no longer guaranteed.

Sharing
Two-bedded rooms can be shared by two participants at the same rate; a third or fourth adult in a room costs CAD 20 per person per night.

Hotels in town are 15 to 30 minutes on foot from Banff Centre, or a short bus or taxi ride. Prices below are for reference (May 2026); expect higher rates in June.
